Spooling to network shares

Have been testing with the trial version.
it works perfectly and solves all my needs.
only issue i ran into is that when trying to print to file it works perfectly when the file is located on a local drive.
when i try to assign a network share ( program doesnt allow me to use mapped drives ) the entry is accepted but no files are being created on the assigned share although user is haveing full access rights.
hope you can help me out .

You need to run the service under an account which has rights to access the share and file system AND has local admin rights.

You can set this in Programs->Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Services, double click on the Print Distributor service and look in the login tab.
