Mono/colour printing

Hi Guys (and girls?)
i am tryint to setup printing in the company so that the user sees a virtual printer that in the background prints selected print jobs (like email) to mono/duplex but jobs that arent in a default list automatically go to 'full print' - both options need to be on the same printer...any ideas please?

How can we differentiate the jobs, is there something in the Document Name for instance which says the print is "selected."
