Writing Word letters to PostScript files

I'm still testing (we did purchase the product though).
I send 36 letters to Word, but the printer stops writing to the output file after 25 letters. The remaining 11 just appear in the dialogue box as 'spooling'.
How do I get all 36 to go to file.
When we get to into production, there will be hundreds in each run.

When you say they appear in the dialog box as spooling do you mean in the virtual printer or inside Word?

Also can you tell me what printer driver you are using for your virtual printer?

I meant the Word spool writer.
I was testing this on a virtual server at the time.
I believe it failed because of the virtual server, or,
the interface I was using on my PC to 'work' on the virtual server (usin vncviewer).
I have since moved the test environment to my personal PC and it works fine.
When we go to production, the product will be on it's own PC (server). So, I do not have a problem at this time.
