PS print driver sugguestion

Can you sugguest a PS print driver to use with PD & Adobe to get the Arch (A,B,C,D,E,E1), ANSI (A,B,C,D,E), Ledger, Legal and Letter paper sizes? Maybe one with editable paper sizes...

Also, does anybody know how to delete un-used or un-needed paper sizes in a print driver?

PostScript paper sizes are stored in the drivers .ppd file, have a look in C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\drivers\

There is a bit more information on ppd files at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PostScript_Printer_Description

The links in the wikipedia article are 11 and 12 years old.

I wonder where to get more information on preparing files for self-publishing. This means, for example, how to prepare .prn or .ps files going from a .doc or .ppt file; something on image placement and flowing vs non-flowing text; something on fonts (embedded, true-type, untrue-type,...); and combining multiple files into a single, send-to-printer file.

Also, the Adobe PPD driver is from 2002, and works only up to Windows ME. Anything available for Windows XP?
