Redirecting from virtual to real

Your product seems to be what we need. We would like to have users "print" to folders anywhere on our WAN and then allow other users to easily move those jobs from the folders to physical printers. Based on what I'm reading, we could setup virtual printers as the destinations. Then what tools are available to pick/choose documents/jobs from the virtual printers to the real printers?

We don't have a solution for this at the moment, some of our customers have created their own bespoke systems but we don't have anything off the shelf at the moment.
