Print to multiple printers using more than one driver

I have 30 HP 1022n printers and 3 P1505n's. They are all set up with this program but the program is only set to print with the 1022n driver. Is there any way that we can print to more than one printer type?

The LaserJet 1000 series uses a technology called host based printing which is incompatible with the P1505.
