Can't set user name in reprinted job

When I use the software I get the error message "Can't set user name in reprinted job".
Is it possible to get it so that the person why prints username is used in the job?

This is usually a permissions problem. When Print Distributor reprints a job it does it from the Print Distributor service which by default runs as the localsystem account. After we reprint the job we set the user name to the user who printed the original job.

When you get this error message it usually means the account the service is running under doesn't have permission to change the attributes of the print job.
