Font Breakdown

Ready to purchase, but need to fix one thing. My print jobs come out with a courier non proportional font breakdown. Where can I edit that? Prints fine to a PS printer.

What driver are you using? Are the jobs coming from a remote system? What application are you printing from?

Using an HP 4650 PS driver. Using the Action Group function where it prints to 4650ps and then saves to .pdf. Printed version works OK, but PDF text is screwy. Printing from Word 2003 and Quickbooks 2008. No remote printing, just direct IP printing from an XP workstation to HP device....hmmm just tried it with a Xerox 8400 ps driver and it moved some fields a bit, but looks much better. Do you recommend a specific PS driver to use?

Can you send the PDF file to support at frogmorecs.com so we can see the problem.

It's a QB issue...when I switched the font to one that is Open Type vs. True Type or Printer font, it worked fine.
