Print to Email error

Dear Forum,

I have PD release 1583 on a 32bit Win2003 server. The Print to email worked fine then it stopped. I have checked relaying and authentication etc. The error i'm getting is the below.

error: 0x0000274d

Any help or pointers would be appreciated.

in .\source\actions.cpp at 1847

This means Print Distributor couldn't connect to the server to relay the message. The server refused the connection.

You need to make sure the server is accepting and relaying smtp mail.

Thanks but as I said in the intro the relaying is fine. I have found the issue. We have McAfee AV installed and it was blocking the app from sending out.
