Load Balancing

I have downloaded the trial, and I am attempting load balancing. I see how it works if there is a printer with an issue, but how do I use the "round robin" feature? I think I must be missing a step somwhere. Thank you, and let me know if you need more information.

When you get to your list of actions you need to add a Load Balancing action, this has it's own list of actions where you need to add a Reprint action for each printer in the pool.

There is a tutorial in the help file with some screen shots which may help.
