Missing printed files

I am trying to evaluate your software and I've run into an issue. I sent 58 spool files to print and Print Distributor (configured to save to file) showed 58 print jobs in the queue, but only 44 files were saved. What happened to the other 14? Repeating this test returns different result (i.e. 58 spool files will return 24 saved files one time, 12 files another time, etc...). Any ideas? Thanks.

If f you are using the time fields to write the file name then you need to add a serial number field as well (?SN?) otherwise one job will overwrite the previous if they are printed in quick succession.
