Xerox 8500

Has anyone used this to redirect to a Xerox Phaser 8500? When I use that printer it keeps defaulting to tray 1 which is the envelope feeder. Even if I have the printer driver set for tray 2 as the default it still insist on tray 1 when run through print distributor.

You need to set the paper tray in the application or if you can't do that in the settings for the virtual printer.

I have tried that. I have had success with other printers but not with this Xerox 8500. Has anyone else used this printer?
