Authentication error

I am getting the following error when trying to print to a load balanced virtual printer:

Error with user authentication;Server says: 538 Encryption required

in ..\common\actions.cpp at 1759

That error occurred in the send mail action, I suspect your email server is rejecting the message. You need to check your settings on the mail server.
