Getting Error open PDF file

When i open PDF file created from PD, I got an error:

"Format error: not a PDF or corrupted".

I got Acrobat 9.0 installed on my computer but still getting the same error. Help

Can you send in your config.xml file to support at frogmorecs.com, you will find it using the Tools->Open Config Folder menu in Print Distributor.
