Problem DOOR OPEN

I need to print on 2 receipt printer model STAR TSP100. I'm able to create a virtual port and create a reprint to both TSP100 but i'm not able to print because I get a DOOR OPEN error. I'm using Winxp Pro. Please help.. Thanks

Open the Printers folder and right click on the virtual printer, select properties then go to the ports tab. Turn off the option "Enable Bidirectinal Support".

Now restart the Spooler service, you can do this from Start->Settings->Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Services.
