Reprint to colour & BW laser

Hi,
I need to print to a Brother HL-4040 colour laser and a Brother HL-5170 BW laser. If I use the 4040 driver, nothing comes out of the 5170, and if I use the 5170 driver then both work but no colour on the 4040. Any help would be appreciated.

Both printers support PostScript (through BR-Script), you may have more success using a PostScript driver.

Try to get PostScript driver. To my mind it should be driver problem.
